Interfaith is of the largest and most effective organizations helping our local residents and our vulnerable brothers and sisters in Escondido. Supported by local churches and faith communities, Interfaith's Self-Sufficiency and Supportive Services provide access to comprehensive programs that empower the community to lead independent and thriving lives. Through assessments, case management, and supportive services, Interfaith ensures community members reach self-sufficiency. Included in these programs are also nutritional services and access to basic needs.
